Does this delivery app require Carrier-Calculated Shipping?
To use this app, you will need access to the Carrier-Calculated Shipping. Zapiet does not benefit in any way from charges for the Carrier-Calculated Shipping as this is a Shopify feature. Learn more about Carrier-Calculated Shipping.
Does Zapiet - Product Rates work in my country?
Yes. The app works worldwide - wherever Shopify operates, Zapiet - Product Rates does too. The admin panel is available in English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, and Simplified Chinese. The rates you configure in the app can be translated into any language enabled on your Shopify store.

Zapiet AI is a setup wizard that helps you create and edit delivery zones, rates, and postal code rules by describing your needs in natural language. It can guide you through creating a zone, setting up rates, or completing a full setup, and can also help adjust rates, change zip code matching type and currency, detect overlapping postal codes, move postal codes between zones, and identify gaps in your rates setup.
Can I set different shipping rates for different products?
Yes. The app lets you group products into custom product groups, each with its own shipping rate.
What kind of rates can I configure with this app?
With Zapiet – Product Rates, you can configure:
- Rates for custom product groups
- A default product group rate (applied to products not in custom groups)
- A base shipping fee applied to all orders
- You can also add a handling or packaging fee if needed.
Which methods can I use to create custom product groups?
You can create custom product groups using specific products, collections, tags, product types, or vendors.
Can I assign multiple rates to one product or collection?
Unfortunately, no. The app is designed to prevent overlapping products, and each product group must contain a unique set of products.
